    1. Day1 ARRIVAL IN FINLAND – HELSINKI

      Arrival in Helsinki Airport and transfer to the city center*.

      Today we will arrive in Helsinki, the capital of Finland, also known as the Daughter of the Baltic. Surrounded by the sea, it is a particularly pleasant city that offers a graceful mix of Scandinavian and Russian influences, which emerge from the architecture of its monuments.

    2. Day2 HELSINKI – TALLINK SILJA LINE CRUISE

      Breakfast at the hotel.
      In the morning, enjoy a 3 hours city tour of Helsinki: you will see Senaatintori, the Senate square’s, and its magnificent architectural ensemble. Right around the corner near the harbour, you will find the Kauppatori, the picturesque market square, characterised by an abundance of flowers, fruits and busy traders. TheTuomio kirkko (cathedral) is our next stop. It was built in the 19th century and has an impressive copper dome. Concerts are regularly taking place inside. Another church, the Temppeliaukio kirkko is carved into the rock which cause the excellent acoustics.
      In the early afternoon, transfer to the harbor and embarkation on Tallink Silja Line boat for an overnight cruise towards Stockholm.

    3. Day3 ARRIVAL IN SWEDEN – STOCKHOLM

      Breakfast on board.

      Arrival in Stockholm, meeting with a local guide and start a 3 hours city tour of the Swedish capital.
      Stockholm is generally referred to as Beauty on Water, or Venice of the North which is understandable, as the city is built upon 14 islands. It is surrounded by Lake Mälaren, and by the Baltic Sea. City’s grand public buildings, palaces, rich cultural history and museums tell her 700 year-old history beautifully.
      The visit shows the central area with the City Hall, the old town (Gamla Stan) and the Royal Palace, the Concert House both famous because of the Nobel prices awards celebrations, the Opera Theatre, the island of Djurgården with its parks hosting many museums.

    4. Day4 ARRIVAL IN DENMARK — COPENHAGEN

      Breakfast at the hotel.
      Embark to Copenhagen and enjoy your beautiful long drive to Copenhagen, city of Little mermaid.Can have picture stops in Jinköping (Beautiful city by the lake)
      After passing the beautiful bridge (half on water and under water), you will enter the Kingdom of Denmark! And city of Birth for Famous Actress Deepika Padukone.
      Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

    5. Day5 COPENHAGEN – DFDS CRUISE

      Breakfast at the hotel.
      Meet your local guide at the reception of your hotel and depart for 3 hrs city sightseeing of Copenhagen city.
      Enjoy the famed charms from the past and present, including the infamous Little Mermaid and the rococo Royal Palace Amalienborg. Walk around Nyhavn, originally a busy commercial port, but nowadays a popular tourist place. Don’t forget to notice the house nr. 20, which was home to the famous writer H.C. Andersen. Especially during summer Nyhavn is the perfect place to end a long day.
      In the early afternoon, transfer by bus to the DFDS terminal and check-in for your mini-cruise to Oslo.
      DFDS is a very popular boat cruising between Copenhagen and Oslo.

    6. Day6 ARRIVAL IN NORWAY — OSLO — BEITOSTØLEN

      Breakfast buffet on board.
      Welcome to the Kingdom of Norway – a country with the most beautiful fjords on Earth.
      Arrival in Oslo. After disembarkation, we will drive through the Oppland region, reaching the Jotunheimen Valley.
      This region is a typical ski resorts area in the winter, but in the summer time, the sun melts away the snow, revealing a stunning scenery cut out of a Norwegian folk tale, with a varied landscape arising from quiet roads, forest paths and water into steep mountains.

    7. Day7 GEIRANGERFJORD – FØRDE

      Breakfast at your hotel

      This morning we are heading to Geiranger where we will enjoy a minicruise of about 1 hour along the spectacular Geirangerfjord – one of the most impressive and narrow fjords of Norway. You will see numerous waterfalls and abandoned mountain farms along the way, which are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites.
      The tour continues towards Førde, in the Sunnfjord region. The drive along the norwegian roads it is never boring

      All around our bus you will spot many fjords, waterfalls and luxuriant nature.
      Your tour leader will choose the best spots for photo stops and give you the opportunity to immortalise some scenographic memories with your camera.

    8. Day8 BERGEN

      Today, after a short ferry crossing from Lavik to Ytre Oppedal, we will get to Bergen, the “Capital of the Fjords”.
      Bergen is the Gateway to the Fjords of Norway. As a UNESCO World Heritage City and a European City of Culture, the Bergen region has the ideal combination of nature, culture and exciting urban life all year around.
      Guided tour of the city: passing through the most emblematic places such as the Hanseatic Bryggen, with the church of Mary, the Hakon fortress, and the famous fish market.

    9. Day9 BERGEN – OSLO

      Breakfast at your hotel
      Transfer to the central station and departure by train towards Oslo.
      Arrival in Oslo and meeting with a local guide for a 3 hours city tour including the Frogner Park, with all sculptural Vigeland, the museum of Viking ships (entrance included), showing three original Viking Age ships, the Royal Palace, City Hall and Akershus Fortress.

    RESERVATIONS

    The client will send all reservations, sales situation and final numbers directly to GLOBUS HOLIDAYS. The client will send the final rooming-list 35 days prior to departure. All bookings thereafter are on request.
    Requested bookings are subject to availability because of limited seats.

    VOUCHERS

    Vouchers will be issued by GLOBUS HOLIDAYS. for all services required, clearly explaining the services to be provided.

    OFFERS/QUOTES

    GLOBUS HOLIDAYS. does not book any services until the client confirms them. This means that GLOBUS HOLIDAYS. cannot guarantee any availability on mentioned hotels or other services in a quoted offer to the client. All bookings are made on specific requests. GLOBUS HOLIDAYS. urges the client to book services as early as possible and preferably one year in advance.

    ROOMS:

    Requests for room types will be, at the best honoured, and based on the availability at the respective hotels. Single rooms are usually limited per tour, as well as limited on the part of the availability at the hotels, due to limited inventory of such in comparison to twins/doubles. In the same comfort of single rooms are often less so in comparison to the latter. In the event that the single room is not provided and guest is offered a shared twin room, the single supplement shall be refunded at the end of the tour.

    Twin/double rooms bookings are accepted based on the mutual acceptance of both parties. In the event that a guest in double room should decide to cancel, the remaining guest shall be charged a single supplement for the duration of the tour. This is also applicable for cabins on trains and cruises.

    Triple room accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Often the triple room is a double room in which the hotel will add a 2nd or 3rd bed (roll-out) or a sofa at the expense of comfort and space, especially for the 3rd adult. Guests wishing to book a triple room, despite these reservations, cannot claim discount or compensation, if not satisfied.

    CHANGES

    GLOBUS HOLIDAYS. reserves the right to change the hotels and programs as long as the service is of same level or higher as what was quoted to the client. The client is not entitled to any compensation in this respect.

    LIABILITY

    GLOBUS HOLIDAYS. disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or schedule changes caused by weather or road conditions, force majeure such as natural catastrophes, strikes or any other irregularities beyond the control of GLOBUS HOLIDAYS. GLOBUS HOLIDAYS. reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. Luggage is at owner’s risk throughout the tour.

    VALIDITY OF PRICES

    All rates are net and include taxes in effect of today (date of the offer). Any eventual changes in rates will not be made with less than 8 weeks’ notice prior to arrival. Prices are guaranteed against any surcharge after an invoice has been issued, unless the increase is due to currency changes and amounts to 5% of the package price or more. The amounts that exceed 5% will be charged and client

    will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund if the surcharge exceeds 10%. Any increase due to changes in government laws, i.e. tax changes, will be added to the invoice.

    Furthermore, all rates are based on exchange rates in effect of today (date of the offer). In case of fluctuation of more than 5% of the course of a currency used in the rate, the impact would be fully passed on it.

    INSURANCE

    Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price, and the client pays all medical cost and other cost involved. It is therefore strongly recommended, that participants acquire personal insurance.

    CANCELLATIONS AND PAYMENTS

    10% of total amount non-refundable at the time of booking

    45% of total amount 90 day prior to departure date

    45% final amount 45 days prior to departure date (non-refundable) Payment shall be made in one instalment by bank transfer. In the event that payment is made in several instalments, a 50 € invoicing fee will be added to every additional invoice and per instalment.

    Cancellations must be made by e-mail.

    CUSTOMER RELATIONS SERVICE:

    Compensation claims should only cover the contractual elements of the reservations. No subjective nature of assessment will be taken into account. The purchaser may notify of a complaint for poor or non-execution of service as soon as possible including necessary documentation and in writing no later than 30 days after their respective return. We advise our clients to notify us of problems on site so that the difficulties can be resolved during the travellers trip, failure to do so may result in repudiation of compensation.

    We never sell or rent any information to third parties. We do not share information to third parties unless it is relevant to confirming a booking and all sensitive information is automatically deleted after it has served its use. Sensitive information received not relevant to the booking will be automatically deleted. We do not share information outside the EU unless it is relevant to booking and will per procedures be automatically deleted once it has served its purpose.
